Hi, my name is Julien Albe, i arrived in New Zealand in 2010 from France as a Chef.

I quickly step up in chef life and open my own restaurants (Ambler café and bistro in Pt chevalier and Wander café and bistro in Wynyard quarter).

As a chef i like to make great food and share it with others, it is why i creating some dinner experiences with different theme where people can discover some new flavor and share some great time with their friends.
