Sneha Venkatesh Yelimeli

I’m a software engineer based in Zurich, Switzerland. Having gone through several health challenges over many years, I am deeply interested in lifestyle based interventions for better health and wellbeing and hosting support groups around these topics.

My participation in various group classes and communities has made me realize the true value of learning in a group with a feeling of community support. While hosting these groups, I have felt that I am not alone in my struggles and that together we can lean on each other and take small steps in a common direction. This has been my motivation to continue hosting such groups and learn with others. Together we can make changes with a sense of support and community
