Blenman Elm Neighborhood Association

Blenman Elm Neighborhood Association (BENA) was formed to provide open channels of communication and to foster and encourage a sense of community among the residents of our neighborhood. The biennial Home and Garden Tour is an event we organize to showcase BE as one of the best places to live in Tucson.
