Ainee Cha
Ainee Cha teaches mindfulness and compassion, bringing clarity through the practice of loving awareness, acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude, letting go, and surrendering to living effortlessly in equanimity. She has been practicing mindfulness meditation for nearly two decades, embodying mindful loving awareness, wakefulness, and heartfulness into her daily life. Her approach and methodologies come primarily from the teachings of Buddhist philosophies with Venerable Chin Kung and Agacitta Bhikkhu. Ainee studied formally as a mindfulness teacher with Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, her mentor Ronya Banks and brings the work of Dalai Lama, the late Thich Nhat Hanh, Rick Hanson, Kristen Neff, Konda Mason, Daniel Siegel, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and years of her own experience to guide you through to be present with your experience. The result is often an "inward awakening" as you develop the ability to tap into their basic goodness and establish a wise and loving relationship with yourself. Ainee creates a calming and safe space for you to cultivate your practice with her compassionate nature.
