Amanda Morrall is a certified meditation teacher, author, and speaker specialising in mindfulness and money. With a background in finance and mindfulness, she combines her expertise to help individuals and organizations cultivate a healthier relationship with money.

Amanda has been writing and reporting on money issues since 2007. She is a regular guest on NewstalkZB’s Smart Money and has written for the Christchurch Press, the NZ Herald, and Women’s Weekly. She is also the is the author of Money Matters: Get Your Life and $$$ Sorted (Penguin Random House)."

Amanda's approach to mindfulness and money is rooted in the belief that our relationship with money is a reflection of our relationship with ourselves. By cultivating mindfulness, we can become more aware of our financial habits, beliefs, and emotions, and make more conscious choices about how we manage our money.

Amanda's course, "Mindful Money," is designed to help participants develop a more mindful and compassionate approach to their finances. The course covers topics such as the psychology of money, mindful spending, mindful saving, mindful investing, and integrating mindfulness and money into daily life.

Amanda's passion for mindfulness draws on her experience as a yoga teacher and practitioner who believes to affect real and lasting change, it needs to happen from within. She believes that by integrating mindfulness into our financial lives, we can create a more sustainable and prosperous future for ourselves and our communities.
