As a leadership coach and trainer Barbra is passionate about helping people to be the best version of themselves.

An experienced leader with a background in management, equality, design and engineering and social policy.

Our mission is give people the confidence to live their lives with a sense of achievement and calmness, confident that they are using their strengths, to benefit themselves, their families and society.

Barbra was previously Global Director of Employee Engagement (Interim) and Director of Equality Diversity and Inclusion as well as Director of Social Value. She has sat on boards and on senior level teams, influencing systems, policies, processes and people.

Accredited Coach with the EMCC, a Fellow of CIPD and a Fellow of the ABM..

But its not all serious as we adopt a creative play approach with clients who are curious about themselves and their potential.
