Sarah is a certified and insured Sound Therapy Practitioner who has embraced the importance of music and sound from an early age. She began learning the violin at the age of 7 and more recently has taken up the cello.

Sarah was captivated by the theory and concept of sound baths after attending her first one several years ago. Driven by her interest in holistic healing and compassion for others she began to study the science and theories of sound therapy gaining qualifications through the internationally accredited Sound Healing Academy.
