Bookeddate is a cosy community focussing on slow living, reflecting & connection stemming from books (hence, 'book'ed'date - bookish dates or simply a date with or around books). Ria created 'bookeddate' on Instagram in Sept'23, aiming to connect readers all over the world in a cosy, warm & safe space. In April 2024, she begun 'Cosy London Book Club', a cosy book club in the heart of London.

About Cosy London Book Club:

In our cosy book club, we build a sense of community, conversation & reflection through the books we read. Every month, we have 1 book club meeting + 1 social like a book swap, book summer party and autumn book walks. Each month's book club consists an hour of speed 'book dating' where we move around and use 'bookish' questions to get to know one another and make friends. We then, have an hour and a half of discussion around the chosen book of the month.

Our books are themed around the mood and vibe of the months & are voted on by our book club members (eg, Dark Academia October, Reflective November or Murder Mystery June ). We are exploring as many genres as we can, fiction or non-fiction & highlighting books written by non-western authors, women & people of colour.
