Camelia PETRUS

(PGDip. Psychology, NVC, NLP, Counselling), Member of NVC Aotearoa

Camelia has developed a focused collection of approaches to working in the field of Human Behaviour and Emotional Intelligence. She has spent the past fourteen years studying authenticity and what stays in its way (guilt, shame, fear, obligation).

She offers eCourses, workshops, and interviews for individuals and organizations ready for braver living, loving, and leading for healing communication with self and others, self-conflict resolution,  couple conflict resolution, social story therapy  and life skills for adults with challenging behaviour, emotions and mind states.

Her approach towards working with prevention of conflict and restorative, healing communication is from the perspective that all of our actions are attempts to meet needs.

The conflict resides in the strategies that are used to meet these needs. By hearing and understanding our own and other's needs, we are able to come to a place of seeing strategies that are more likely to satisfy everyone involved.
