I created Coherence Collective to help people feel better - body, mind, and energy.
Through my own journey of movement, breathwork, physio and nervous system healing, I learnt that lasting change doesn’t come from thinking harder - it comes from moving, breathing, feeling, and integrating.
That’s why I developed the Coherence Method:
Move - reconnect with your body through mindful, freeing movement.
Breathe - regulate your nervous system and shift your state.
Feel - create space to process and release what’s been held.
Heal - integrate it all, so you can come home to yourself and thrive.
I share this work through 1:1 sessions, classes, events, and corporate workshops - each designed to move you out of stress and survival mode, and into a state of coherence where you feel grounded, energised, and alive.
This is a space to move, to breathe, to feel = to heal. Where breath, movement and community become medicine.
