Debra Hopper, Certified Embodiment Coach
I first stepped on this path in the early 2000s while on my healing journey with anxiety and depression. I seemed to make the most progress when my body was addressed along with my mind. As I improved, I wanted to help others feel better in their bodies. I became a massage therapist and bodyworker.
As I worked with clients, I was fascinated with the state shift that often occurred between the beginning of the session and when they would step lightly out the door. What happens when people have the opportunity to catch their breath, slow down, and bring their attention to their immediate senses? Could there be a way to rest in the support of the body in day-to-day life?
This curiosity led me to become certified in embodiment coaching through Embodiment Unlimited.
I use my embodiment coaching training and my experience as a bodyworker as a foundation for the services and events I offer today. For more information, go to https://debrahopperonline.com/
