Diverse & Equal challenges the narrative of the diversity conversation -- from one of ethics and nice to have, to evidenced performance and profit improvements.

We work to increase diversity by providing workshops to educate people from under-represented groups about the opportunities available in Tech -- including hands-on Taster sessions. These are held monthly at The Federation, Manchester. And by hosting custom workshops to enable organisations to release the benefits of diversity, by creating safe spaces, encouraging empathy and celebrating difference.
