Dr Julie Bhosale

Dr Julie Bhosale is an internationally-renowned family wellbeing and nutrition expert, active researcher, author and speaker. She is on a mission to nourish our children and families, with evidence-based advice that is practical and realistic for the 24/7 role of modern parenting.

A multi-time published author, Dr Julie completed her Doctoral thesis in children’s health in 2015, self published her first book book (Healthy Easy Dinners for Busy Mums) in 2016 and subsequently published her first non-fiction book The Nourished Baby the following year (2017). She has gone on to write the follow up to this – The Nourished Toddler (2018) and her complete Baby & Toddler Cookbook (2019) along with three other ebooks as well including Get Started a practical realistic guide to nourishing a new mum during pregnancy and postpartum.

She regularly appears in the media and on stage around the globe and hold her own national tours, travelling the country with her husband and three sons (Arjun, now seven years old, Sahan, aged five and Rayansh, 12 weeks old).
