Social Planning and Community Development (SPCD) is a branch of Fairfield City Council, which works with the community to achieve a healthy, diverse, inclusive and engaged city.
We partner with the community and local community organisations to run programs, initiatives, workshops and events for the Fairfield community, young people, seniors, multicultural communities and more.
