Future foHRward is a platform for the HR community, delivering leading-edge content, events, thought leadership, and curated partnerships. Founded by Mark Edgar and Naomi Titleman Colla, future foHRward started in 2016 as a forum for CHROs to focus on their role in the Future of Work. We’ve since expanded to explore four of the most important themes for today’s HR community: (1) building the worker ecosystem; (2) enabling talent to get the work done; (3) the learning-agile organization; and (4) wellbeing in the workplace.
