Amy Marie, founder of Golden Aura Healing, is a certified therapeutic sound bath practitioner and a dedicated advocate of wholistic wellness. She has been facilitating sound baths around Des Moines and surrounding areas for 2 years. Amy's path to sound healing began as a search for ways to heal her chronic stress and anxiety. She tried all the conventional advice, and nothing seemed to work.
She attended her first sound bath in 2022 and experienced profound relief from her anxiety and stress. After making great strides in healing herself, it became Amy’s mission to help others find peace and healing with sound. Listen to her sound baths in person in the Des Moines area, or virtually from anywhere.
It is such an honor to hold this safe space for others and to witness the change in people after they have experienced a Sound Bath Meditation. I am very passionate about self care, and I think that it is one of the most important things we can do. When we fill our own cups, we change the world. -Amy
