The Hampton Roads Workforce Council serves as the convener between area industries, training institutions and a skilled workforce in order cultivate a diverse talent pipeline and bolster the regional economy.

We are committed to the development and implementation of a system that will enable the existing and emerging workforce in Hampton Roads to meet the needs of the current business community; attract high-quality employment to the region; and support new, high-growth, innovative enterprises.
