Heart Connection Parenting

I help parents by providing guidance and tools so they can strengthen their relationships with their children, thereby finding more peace in family life and raising their kids to be confident, capable, and emotionally intelligent.

Parents often find themselves locked into stressful and distant patterns of relating to their children. The relationship becomes something entirely different from the hopes and dreams the parents were yearning for.

You love your children dearly and want to do your best, and the reality of conflict and stress in your family is taking its toll on everybody. You wish to have a deep and meaningful relationship with your child and you don’t know how to get back on track.

Since 2015 I have been helping parents move from stress and frustration to a space of connection and ease, creating and nurturing the meaningful relationships they crave with their children.

The parents I work with are conscientious, caring and curious about growing and expanding themselves. It is through my gentle guidance toward self-reflection, empathy and the discovery of new tools that parents are able to access the relationships with their children that they yearn for. And like magic, when parents work on themselves, it inspires change in their children. This is the way toward raising confident, competent, independent and loving children.

I enjoy guiding clients wherever they are, both geographically and emotionally, to manage family life without damaging relationships, while still remaining true to their individual values and boundaries.

Get in touch for a complimentary consultation. Together we'll assess where you are in your parenting and what your biggest challenges are. We’ll look at where you would like to be and will discover if we're a good fit for working together.

I work one-on-one with parents all over the world via Skype or phone and facilitate in-person group work in the top of the South Island, New Zealand.
