I am a wellness and personal development practitioner with a deep commitment to guiding individuals toward holistic health and self-discovery. With a background in Holosomatic Breath Therapy, having completed a 300-hour certification, I integrate breathwork as a powerful tool for emotional release and transformation. I also hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, with a focus on yoga's transformative potential for mind, body, and spirit.
I hold space not to fix or heal you, but to support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom.
Because the truth is, everything you need is already within you.
The breath simply helps you remember.
My work is guided by three core values: authenticity, compassion and environment.

- Environment means creating a safe, nurturing space both energetically and physically. Where your nervous system can settle and your healing can unfold.
My Journey
For years, I explored traditional talking therapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) as tools for healing. While they offered valuable insights and understanding, I often found it difficult to fully access and release my emotions. I had built strong internal armor, so much so that I rarely cried, even when I knew there was more beneath the surface.
Breathwork changed that.
It offered me a somatic pathway a way to connect with my body, to move energy and to express what had been held for so long. Through conscious connected breathing and various other techniques , I experienced emotional release in a way I hadn’t before. It allowed me to soften, to feel and to begin healing from the inside out.
That experience deepened my belief in the body’s intelligence and in the breath as a powerful ally in the healing process. It’s what led me to this work and continues to inspire how I hold space for others.
