I offer events that focus on various types of mindful movement and somatic practices. They help participants unwind and relax quickly and they take away things they can use in daily life.
I have spent over 30 years exploring the connection between physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing. I started with nursing and massage and intergrated IEMT and EMDR which I also use one to one with clients. I practice Yoga, Tai chi, 5 Rhythms, Contact Improvisation Bouldering and Ninga which all inform my teaching style.
