have full time property coaches doing a one-on-one property mentoring with new students around New Zealand The trainee goes out on a one on one with a selected mentor and watches first hand, the skills of property finding, property trading, property investments and property selling. There is also workshop days where we look at structures, paperwork, procedures, renovating, development, project managing and selling your own properties!
As a property trainee you will be put in front of the many property professionals that you would need to build up strong working relationships with and be encouraged to attend KEYPRO NETWORKING weekly cafe meetings to build a powerful network of professional property people.
You will be put in front of professional people to be assisted in starting up a trading and/or a holding company and be put in front of finance lenders and will been encouraged to purchase a property,guided through doing a renovation and/or staging and taught how to sell privately or if you keep the property how to tenant your property using property management.
