Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand

For more than 120 years the name Le Cordon Bleu has been synonymous with culinary excellence. Here in New Zealand, we combine the very best of new world innovation and local cuisine with the principles, techniques, and artistry of the French traditions. We open our training restuarant Brasserie Le Cordon Bleu four times a year (February, May, August and November) to allow our students to gain practical experience in a real restaurant environment - all under the expert guidance of their chef lecturers.
