Yoga Synergy style is based upon my teachers teachings & my own stylistic approach to yoga & energy movement. Moving energy & information through the body in a loving manner is my aim in all my classes & workshops. Making yoga accessible to everyone & to all people in this modern world. I also incorporate sound healing & mantra as I feel in these times we need re-balancing & re-connection to realize our true selves. I am so grateful to all my teachers, my family, my elders both past & present & emerging.
