Natalja is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Trauma-informed Yoga & Pilates Teacher, is dedicated to holistic well-being. With 13 years of experience, she specializes in gentle movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to help clients find balance. Natalja’s unique approach blends calming Yoga and personalized health strategies, fostering a deeper connection between body, mind, and nature for lasting transformation. Natalja has 7 years experience instructing stand-up paddleboard and windsurfing. She has taught in New Zealand, Portugal, the Netherlands and Germany and loves being on the water.
