I'm Shae, the person behind Nature at Work, and I wanted to take a moment to share the heart of it all.

This started with more than just houseplants—it began with a question: What if the things we grow could help us grow too? Not just greener shelves, but deeper relationships. Not just trades, but trust.

Planning these events hasn’t been flawless. There’ve been tangled cords, soggy sign-ins, and enough emotional investment to fill a greenhouse. But watching strangers become friends, stories exchanged over ferns and philodendrons—that’s the part I’d never trade.

I want these events to feel like an invitation into something human and hopeful. So whether you're here for the plants or the people (or both), I’m grateful you're part of it.
