Olivia Brett (OMB yoga)

Olivia has over 600 hours of Yoga Teacher training and several years of personal practice. She fell in love with yoga in 2010 at University and has been practicing since. She trained in 2018; Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. Following this she has trained in Yoga for Pregnancy, Well Woman Yoga Therapy and Yoga & Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Childbirth.
