Throughout her career, prior positions have included senior executive and CEO roles with national associations and foundations in orthopaedic research (OREF), urgent care (UCAOA), cardiac and pulmonary rehab (AACVPR), restaurant and food management (NRAEF), GI endoscopy (ASGE), emergency nursing (ENA), veterinary medicine (AVMF), and non-profit and fundraising consulting with Campbell & Company. Key areas of expertise include major gift, capital and planned giving campaigns, feasibility studies, corporate sponsorship, board/volunteer training, patient registries, marketing/communications, institutional accreditation, scholarship and medical grants programs, strategic planning, meeting planning, contract negotiation and relationship management. Ms. Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Valparaiso University and extensive continuing education work in nonprofit and association management. She is a member of ASAE, Association Forum, Virtual Association Network, and AFG. She also serves on the Board of the Virtual Association Network.
