Pamela Sidhu
Pamela completed her professional dance training at the New Zealand School of Dance in 2012. During her studies she was the recipient of a scholarship to the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, and the Nederlands Dans Theatre Summer Intensive. Since graduating she has danced with Black Grace Dance Company, World Of Wearable Art, The New Zealand Dance Company, The Lion King (Australian Tour) and The Lion King (Netherlands). Whilst dancing overseas Pamela continued to deepen her work, participating in multiple trainings, specifically ‘GAGA’ (Batsheva Dance Company) and ‘Flying Low/Passing Through’ (David Zambrano). She also completed her 200hr YTT in the south of Spain, and has been teaching yoga alongside performing since 2017. Upon returning home to New Zealand Pamela began freelancing as a dancer, and re-directed her focus to working as an actor and model in the film/television industry. In that time she has worked on an extensive number of music videos, television campaigns, fashion campaigns and theatre shows. She graduated from The Actors Program in 2020 and continues to freelance across all three artistic disciplines.
