We are the Peter Ashley Activity Centres, a charity providing a fantastic mix of outdoor and educational activities within two historic Victorian forts on Portsdown Hill in Portsmouth.

Fort Purbrook is home to our multi-activity centre, offering a wide range of adventurous experiences, event space and a 100-bed residential facility for schools, groups, and organisations.

Fort Widley hosts our BHS approved equestrian centre, featuring both indoor and outdoor riding schools and proudly affiliated with the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA). Community event space.

Together, our centres create inspiring spaces where people of all ages can learn, grow, and thrive.
