Precious Attention | Sitara Morgenster
Sitara Morgenster is a qualified educator for Mindfulness Works, the largest network of mindfulness facilitators and mindfulness public course providers in Australia and NZ. She's been teaching mindfulness meditation since 2017 and has shared the no-nonsense Mindfulness Works approach with hundreds of people throughout the North Island. Sitara says: "Mindfulness/meditation is the easiest tool to learn to focus and to master your own brain. As a result, you start living with a clearer mind and heart. We live in a world full of beauty but also pain, and it can be overwhelming and hectic. Mindfulness/meditation is a simple skill for living that anybody can learn and do. Once you know how, it creates breathing space and clarity in day-to-day situations. You come home to yourself more easily, and after practising for a while, you'll automatically start experiencing relaxation as a natural, positive side-effect."
