Real Healthy Me is a lifestyle medicine clinic in Christchurch, New Zealand. Whilst Dr. Olivia and her immediate team offer lifestyle medicine consultations and health improvement programmes, the clinic space has also become a health colloborative working space for other health providers, group cooking classes, meditation classes, support group sessions, and more as it evolves!
