Rix Inclusive Research Institute, University of East London, is a research and development centre committed to realising the benefits of new media for people with intellectual disabilities. We are a nationally recognised centre of excellence that explores ways of using web & multimedia technologies to empower people with intellectual disabilities and improve their lives. We do this through a wide range of project work that crosses the fields of education, health and social care.
