Hi, I'm Roberta Boyce my spiritual name through the linegae of Kundalini Yoga is Gur Seva. Which means to sweetly serve.

My close connection with the realms of subtle energy and spirit began age seven. As an adult I trained in both metaphysical and bioenergetic systems of transformation.

Passionate about personal development, I founded Essential Sacred Self in 2012, to serve people in awakening and embodying their Pure Potential.

I offer a number of methods through ESS, each of which invite personal transformation. I offer my group work as an affordable way to engage in the transformational techniques I offer.
