Ronovationz was established by Super Investor Ron Hoy Fong who has independently built his own successful Property Portfolio and now wants to show others how to do it.

People who come to our one day workshops are provided with tips on how to find places, how to negotiate and how to bargain. A unique step by step renovation approach is provided - with the contacts of our reliable suppliers, conditioning vendors and agents alike, along with tips on financing and tenant selection.

This is a business sense approach to buying property wholesale and preparing it towards a retail value. All Ron's properties to this date have used the "Buy and Hold" principle.

Ron started investing in properties in 1969 - leaving it briefly in 1996.

He re-started his investing journey in 2003 raising $180,000 against the equity of his family home. In just 12 months he turned that into 21 Auckland properties worth $4.5 million dollars that paid him after tax cash flow of over $100,000 a year.

By 2017 Ron had accumulated over 30 properties with a market value of over $25 million dollars, producing a cash flow of over $300,000 a year.

Ron is passionate about helping people change their lives through property investment, and values family, honesty and integrity. He loves to share his great passion for property and has put together an amazing team to inspire and empower others who wish to follow in his investing footsteps.
