✨ The Unity Studio is home to Toronto’s first Harmonic Egg® Wellness Centre — a one-of-a-kind energy healing chamber that uses sound and light frequencies to restore balance, clarity, and calm. This powerful modality reflects our deeper mission: to elevate consciousness through resonance, vibration, and inner alignment.

Founded by Ciara Adams, a lifelong musician, healer, and guide, The Unity Studio was born from both deep passion and profound loss. Following the transformative experience of losing her child, Ciara felt called to create a space of healing, joy, and sacred expression — a place where others could gather, grow, and reconnect to their own wholeness.

This is more than a studio — it’s a sanctuary.
