I strive to create a fun and adventurous environment where you can find balance, inner peace, and tranquility. The gym is where I work on developing a growth mindset and cultivating a positive attitude toward challenges.
I am a certified personal trainer since 2021. Recently, I graduated from BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, so I understand the importance of staying safe while pushing yourself to your limits. I'm available for in-person and online sessions, so no matter where you are located, I'm here to help.
