Here's how you do it:
If you’re having technical problems, clear your cache and cookies and update your browser. If you're still experiencing trouble, try a different internet browser. Eventbrite recommends using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience.
<h2 id="01">Clear your cache and cookies.</h2>
<p>An overloaded browser can cause problems with loading or formatting issues on a website, like missing images or buttons that don't respond when clicked. Try <a href="http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache" target="_blank">clearing your browser’s cache and cookies</a>.</p>
<h2 id="02">Update your browser.</h2>
<p>Features that are used by your browser can only work correctly if your browser is up to date and supported. Go to <a href="https://www.whatsmybrowser.org" target="_blank">https://www.whatsmybrowser.org</a> to check if you are using the latest version of your browser. That website will tell you what browser you’re using and which version. If you need to update your browser, there is a link for you to do so there.</p>
<h2 id="03">Update your Java plugin.</h2>
<p>In terms of connectivity and responsiveness, a number of websites rely on Java. Confirm your Java plugin is up to date. If not, you can update directly through the <a href="http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp" target="_blank">Java website</a>.</p>
<h2 id="04">Try a different web browser.</h2>
Eventbrite recommends Google Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. Internet Explorer versions 11 and earlier are no longer supported. If you don't have permission to download on your work computer, contact your IT department to request they add it to your system.
<h2 id="05">Turn off ad blocker.</h2>
Turn off your ad blocker to avoid problems accessing certain pages.
