About this event
Lift With Ella Bootcamps provides a quality service, Ella holds a Level 5 Exercise Prescription Diploma and her Degree in Applied Science majoring in Advanced Health and Wellness.
Our classes are 40 minutes long and include a wide variety of exercises.

- Wednesday 5:30pm
- Thursday 10.15am (Mums & Bubs Bootcamp with childcare)
