The Disabled Persons Assembly, together with transport consultancy MRCagney, are conducting research on behalf of Waka Kotahi, NZ Transport Agency, titled &quot;Understanding the transport experiences of disabled people, determining what barriers exist for people wanting to use Total Mobility and exploring new opportunities&quot;.This work involves collecting transport experiences from disabled people from all around New Zealand. This particular workshop is for disabled people from the Christchurch region, with any type of impairment.The workshop will be run in person for approximately 90 minutes and will be co-facilitated by Isabella Cawthorn, of Confluence Consulting, and Ingrid Robertson, from the Disabled Persons Assembly. Workshop participants will be offered a $20 Koha for participating, this will be provided in the form of vouchers. If you require financial assistance with transport costs to attend the workshop, please get in touch.The workshop will be held in the Charles Upham Room at Papanui RSA . This venue has good accessibility, but please let us know if you have particular accessibility requirements.Please register with your name and email address.Other workshops will be run around the country.
