Learn how to design a repeating pattern with artist and textile designer Greta Menzies. Inspired by the elaborate wallpaper that forms the basis of The Parlour, Greta will teach the ‘Swiss Repeat’ technique that will have you create a piece to take away with you. No experience is necessary. All materials provided.

About Greta:
Greta Menzies is a multidiciplinary artist & designer with a background in textile design (MDes) living in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington, Aotearoa NZ. Her work spans ceramic sculpture, drawing, painting, textiles, and video, and is generally existential with an absurdist sense of humour.​She also works commercially as a designer & illustrator for product, print and animation. Trained in textile design with a focus on Illustration, Greta is an expert in creating repeat-patterns, and works regularly for Thunderpants NZ, USA & UK, and freelance for other clients.
