We will be conducting a 3CX Intermediate technical training session on Wednesday 11th August 2021. Seats are limited to this online instructor led event.
It is obligatory for all attendees to have passed their 3CX Basic Certification before attending. 3CX Basic Certification can be found here on the 3CX Website. Please send a copy of your certificate to megan@sofsol.co.nz when booking your spot.

The Intermediate training will enable you to:
- Handle larger and more complex installs
- Deploy more profitable installs
- Gain greater customer confidence
- Earn more from service revenue
- Boost profits with the knowledge and skills to deploy and maintain 3CX Phone System installations
- The 3CX Academy Certification Exam can be taken via your 3CX Portal and it is expected that at the end of the day the Certification Exam will be taken - Kenny will stay online to assist
