Good is taking this time-honoured tradition one step further with Ti Ora Tea Talks – a series of events covering a wide range of wellbeing topics. 
Our first event is Finding Freedom: Rising From Your Past. 
ABOUT:  
We have all encountered difficult experiences. We can allow our past to be a tragedy which can continue to affect our future, or we can find the skills to see our past as a gift. 
Hear from holistic experts Jason Shon Bennett, Tracey-Leigh Te Paa & Dr Craig Reynolds and be inspired by their journeys. Learn tips and tricks for a more expanded view of your reality while you enjoy tea and treats in a comfortable setting. 
Arrive at 6.00pm for nibbles and a selection of Ti Ora Teas. The talk will start at 6.30pm, and finish around 8.00pm.

OUR SPEAKERS: 
Jason Shon Bennett - Health researcher, inspirational speaker & author 
Jason Shon Bennett is an inspirational speaker, author and creator of Regular Intelligent Fasting®. Jason’s health transformation story became the best-selling 2014 bible on fasting, Eat Less, Live Long. Jason struggled with health issues for 25 years but his research into food, diet and fasting allowed him to self-cure. He is now one of a new kind of experts in food and how it affects lifestyle diseases and digestive issues.  
Dr Craig Reynolds - Holistic Practitioner at Orenda 
Dr Craig holds Chiropractic and Psychology degrees and has recently completed a Masters in the dynamics of energy and the quantum energy field. Tracey-Leigh Te Paa - Traditional Māori Healer and Activator, Indigenous Health Inc.   
Tracey-Leigh has been a Traditional Māori Healer for more than 12 years. Based in Tamaki Mākaurau, her bodywork incorporates a powerful ancient Māori practice that activates, and releases trauma, pain and stress accumulated with the physical body. She has 11 years' experience in Rongoā Māori and has a passion for supporting women’s health.
