Come along to a panel talk with some of Wellington's local foodies to discuss how climate change intersects with restaurants and their food systems, food consumption, and waste, eating and growing locally and seasonally.
The Dominion Post’s Environmental reporter Kate Green will host a kōrero between the creative minds behind some of Wellington’s most loved restaurants and food products.
We are pleased to announce that our panellists include; Asher Boote owner of Hillside Kitchen and Cellar, Nalini Baruch owner and founder of LOT EIGHT Olive Oil, Julie Clark co-owner of Floriditas and Matt Dagger the general manager of Kaibosh. You do not want to miss this!
