::: ACTIVE RELAXATION Workshop :::
As this year draws to an end it’s the perfect time to pause and recharge your tank. Nourish your body and mind with gentle Yoga, feed your brain with insightful learnings on sleep, immerse yourself in a beautiful crystal bowl healing meditation and finish with a blissful breathwork journey.
This workshop of active relaxation is a gift for yourself to fill you up, give you tools you can use for life and leave yourself blissed out!

::: WHAT TO EXPECT :::
•YOGA:
This yoga session will be accessible for all abilities and body types. The Asana and breath practices will bring you into a deep connection with your body and present time awareness. Expect to feel more open and free in your body, have more clarity of mind and a greater ability to focus.
• SLEEP:
Learn what the 10 main barriers to a good night sleep are and how to overcome them. This entertaining and insightful talk will leave you motivated to prioritise your sleep and with the skills to develop your own all important wind down routine to achieve better relaxation and sleep every night.
• SOUND BATH MEDITATION:
Bathe yourself in the sounds of the singing bowls as their frequency and energy will allow you to stay in a meditative state during the session.
For cleansing, healing, aligning, & balancing the subtle body energy system; and releasing physical, emotional & mental blockages.
• BREATHWORK
Let Steve guide you on a deep journey into the power of your breath and learn how to access and influence your inner pharmacy for deep relaxation. Just as food is seen as medicine, so too is the breath.

• Kirsten Taylor
NZ’s leading Naturopathic Sleep Specialist with a passion for teaching people the amazing healing potential of sleep, what the 10 main barriers to a good night sleep are and how to overcome them. This entertaining and insightful talk will leave you motivated to prioritise your sleep and with the skills to develop your own all important wind down routine to achieve better relaxation and sleep every night.
• Brian Berneman
Wellness coach and facilitator, who has helped hundreds of people around the world lead more balanced and meaningful lives.
With a background in neuroscience and more than 15 years of experience teaching and practicing yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and different healing modalities, Brian is able to synthesize modern scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom to help his clients get the results they desire.
Brian has empowered people from all walks of life to realise their full potential and enable them to live a stress-free and meaningful life.
Committed to conscious lifestyle practices, Brian founded Conscious Action, a movement of people committed to living more intentionally.
• Billee White
Yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for finding lightness and levity in this life.
Billee specialises in stress management, mindfulness and meditation.
We often feel at the mercy of our minds, emotions and bodies, Billee guides you into feeling more in control of your lived experience through awareness of the mind, yoga and breathing.
• Steve Hill
SOMA Breath master instructor and breath therapist who specialises in human potential.
He is a natural biohacker with one eye looking to the wisdom of our ancient past and the other on emerging science and technology validating what the indigenous and ancient wisdoms taught us all along about the human condition.
Steve is also an author of ‘JOLT Challenge’ the Self Intelligence Experience and speaks at conferences, facilitates workshops, classes, 1-on-1 sessions, retreats and festivals, both locally & internationally and has helped improve the lives of thousands of people.

• Arrive 15 minutes early for a 12.30pm start
• Wear casual, comfortable clothes. Exercise clothing optional.

• acute somatic and viral diseases
• pregnancy
• chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III)
• chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal illness
• individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency
• cancer, unless IHT is prescribed by a doctor
• epilepsy, pacemakers or heart arrhythmias, unless treatment (including IHT) is under direct medical supervision.
