Join me for an informative and supportive discussion aimed at providing parents with insights and strategies for upskilling your parenting and your ADHD Children (diagnosed or undiagnosed). This informal gathering is an opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another.
This workshop will not include a PowerPoint presentation!
But it will include resources that will prompt the discussion.

- Brief Overview of ADHD: Symptoms, diagnosis, and common misconceptions.
- How ADHD affects children’s behavior, learning, and social interactions.
- Sharing Experiences
- Parents are encouraged to share their personal experiences, challenges, and successes.
- Discuss the emotional impact of ADHD on parents and siblings, and how to cope.
- Effective Strategies
- Parenting techniques that work: Routines, rewards, and setting expectations and consistency
- Navigating educational support and working in partnership with the school
- Building a Support Network
- How to give consequences, manage behavior challenges
- Q&A Session
- Open floor for parents to ask questions and seek advice
- Please bring some prepared questions.
