Basejump Comedy | Improv Essentials: Groupwork!
Event Information
About this Event
In this 8-session improv course you'll learn one of the core skills of improvisation: playing in a group with confidence and exploring boundless creativity through the power of fun, group collaboration.
Using lessons and techniques inspired by improv comedy theaters from Chicago and LA, our class starts with the foundations of improv and will lead you into putting on hilarious scenes and all the way into creating your own show!
Covering traditional group scenes and side support as well as more abstract improv exercises, this course is designed to keep you on your toes while giving you maximum practice time to gain a deeper understanding of the concepts.
A great class for those who are new to improv, as well as experienced performers who want to try a new longform style or are looking for a tune up.
