Our Les Mills Online Initial Training Modules are a fantastic way of training up to become an instructor for us - training that can be achieved now wherever you are in New Zealand!Here's what to expect when you attend an Online Initial Training :<ul><li>All material and pre-work sent to you a week beforehand. This ensure you are prepped and ready for the module. This includes your Instructor Handbook, links to videos about Technique and related education for the Module and your Masterclass Release.</li><li>You'll practice your allocated track and then submit to the Trainer on the Thursday before module.</li><li>During the module you'll work through 4 online webinars that take you through all the content and training to up skill you to nail the basics of 1 track of the release.</li><li>There are no presentations, however you will video yourself and perform self review on the first night.</li><li>Once the module is complete, you'll have 5 days to send the final video of your track to the Trainer for final sign off!</li></ul>
