Hear from Known Unknown winemaker Jules Van Costello as he talks through the finer points of sparkling wines focusing on his latest release Methode Ancestrale paired with lush oyster snacks by State Bistro Executive Chef Carl Maunder. For the second half we will focus on his new season Beaujolais, a celebration of this vibrant red varietal, alongside a delectable charcuterie selection.
