About this event

As we reach the end of the year many of us are running on empty, the general end of year fatigue has been magnified by the change and uncertainty we exist in. None of our new normal is normal at all! How do we remain healthy and productive in such times?

Life has been hard of late, our resilience tanks need refueling and many of us have this feeling that we’re not at our best and productivity has dipped. But how can we when the tank is on empty?

In this workshop we’ll look at how we can thrive both at work and at life. This includes building our resilience and energy to ensure we're sustainable, mastering our mind-set, building our confidence to be out best without burning out in the process. Understanding the secrets behind peak performance and the mindset to build self efficacy.

Learn practical strategies which will help you and your team go from burnout to brilliance.

In this series of workshops, you will:

You will also master the art of slowing down to speed up, understand the power of the mind and how to use it to stay focused, calm and effective. You will learn the difference between busy and productive and ensure you are a sustainable resource to overcome challenges and uncertainty and deliver on your potential.

Workshops will take place live with Q&A conversations included and recorded for those who prefer to dip in and out of the day which runs from 10 - 3 with a break for lunch.
