A one-day masterclass, for current and aspiring Board Chairs of faith based organisations.

Chairing Well is a focused, practical workshop designed for current and aspiring Board Chairs who want to lead boards with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Facilitated by Peter Crowe, the workshop builds on the foundations of good governance and turns attention to the unique role of the Chair — shaping board culture, enabling effective decision‑making, and stewarding the relationship between governance and management.

Participants are invited to reflect on what it means to chair well in today’s complex environment, balancing authority with humility, and process with discernment. As with BoardCraft, the emphasis is on real‑world application: honest conversations, shared learning, and practical insights drawn from experience.

The workshop provides a supportive space for Chairs to sharpen their practice, grow in confidence, and lead boards that are both effective and values‑aligned.
